Financial Statement Compilation

Companies that are exempt from audit and filing requirements are still required to prepare a full set of financial statements (unaudited) for purposes of annual general meeting (AGM) and ACRA filing. The financial statement must be prepared in compliance with the requirements of the Singapore Companies Act and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (“FRS”) and it includes notes to the accounts and must be accompanied by the Directors’  Statement.
